-We will, of course, report any discrepancy as soon as it is identified. Or the owner can do it himself.

DEEP CLEANING
Some apartments may look a bit old or, old-fashioned. If the owner wants us to, we can give sound advice on improvements/upgrades, which will raise the market value and increase desirability.
If wanted, we can remodel your home (interior/exterior) without enormous costs. We did this for a lot of clients.

- We can also clean very dirty houses where other cleaning companies don't want to start at. Sometimes tenants, squatters, leave a house in a very bad state. We can clean this for you, and even take care of renovation if needed.

- Our company does also house clearance, takes everything away in the house that is not needed anymore. It goes to a charity foundation that uses it to sell on the second-hand market, the winnings go to the 19 foster dogs of the Animal Love and Rescue Resort, for food, health care, the building of the new Resort. After the clearance, we do a big efficient house cleaning.

Deep Cleaning
When you buy a new property, you are usually very proud of it. You convert it into a small paradise, and then you want to rent it out to nice and good tenants. You select the people whom you think are decent clean tenants because you do not want your property to be demolished.
Unfortunately, you can rarely tell from someone's appearance whether you have good tenants or not. You often think that social poverty brings filth, but that is not always true. You would really be very shocked if you could see behind the facades of some very expensive villas.

V Cleaning is happy to do this. Thorough cleaning, total stripping of your house, refurbishing your property, up to and including total house clearances, whereby the entire house is emptied.
If the furniture is still worth something, we will present to the owner a company that buys these goods. If not, we just take it with us. We can often use some good items to sell at the second-hand market, the winnings go to the Animal Love and Rescue Resort, for dog food, healthcare, and the building of a new resort. Like this your items get a second life and you help poor foster dogs.
